New arrivals, but hot tempered ones

Alccipe and Slelpnir had trotted into the other land that the mountains held. Alccipe had agreed to wonder a little more, but not much. She was a had to handle kinda mare and she loved being the one to rule with Slelpnir beside her. She was the mighty mare and she played on her name all the time. She lifted her head when she caught a new scent and so did Slelpnir. They picked up their pace and Slelp stopped and he looked around to see where he could see the stallion.

Slelpnir had stopped and he pawed the ground and said,"Stay here. I'll be back." He then galloped a little ways away and stopped, searching the land as he flicked his ears forwards and he lowered his head, scenting the ground, trying to find something that would lead him to the stallion. He had to protect Alccipe from any harm.

Demorogon waited, under the cliffs edge. He felt the thundering of there hooves and new lunch was coming. His dark, muscular body sat in ease as one approached the cliffs edge. Demo smiled to himself and tossed his nape before surging from the blackness and letting out a fierce bellow sure to be herd form far away. "You dare come to Dwellers Heeding?" his eyes trailed farther down to the mare. Desert too, what a surprise. His black hooves stayed planted to the ground as his posture was that of a ruly, royal creature. His deep blue eyes looking at the stallions body. Demo scoffed and pawed the ground, letting his ears pin to his skull.

Slelp skidded to a stop and looked up. His dappled body dulled by the dust he had kicked up. "And is their a problem with that?" Slelp asked the stallion. He looked back to Alcc and smiled as he watched her stand straighter and gaze at the stallion that had addressed them. "I am Alccipe and Slelpnir is my stallion." she called. "Be careful, because her name means Mighty Mare." Slelpnir called, which got him a glare from Alccipe.
